Yea it needs to hurry up, Jaws just lied on ESPN today talking about Bortles is the most NFL ready QB, like when did that happen? Everything has been said that he has the most up side but he is raw and needs time to develop, but Jaws needs something to make his opinion of Bortles being hes top QB to look good.
