Well, might be too late. Thats what she should have gotten as a child/ youth. Then maybe she wouldn't have ended up like that as an adult.
I'm guessing she either had parents that weren't around, or were around and didn't enact discipline/ responsibility.
The diner owner should be allowed to go into her dwelling and smash a bottle of ketchup through her tv, and then take her cell phone and smash it to smithereens. Also return the forehead bruise by whatever means they choose.
