Could be something, now if we Draft Sammy and Justin comes back that could be a deadly 1-2 punch much like a Jimmy Smith/ McCardal era now add that 1-2 punch with a Carr or a Mettenberger and i think some place Fisch's evil genuins brain would be very happy. 

Lol if we have Sammy Cecil ace and Blackmon in a 4 wr set Idc if Betty white is playing qb you would think someone could get the ball to one of them

My gut as well as a few inferences from Caldwell are telling me that if Clowney is gone, Sammy is the pick.... unless we get an amazing trade offer.  But I'm still skeptical of the trade because Clowney is the only one I really see a team moving up for and if he is available, I think we'd rather draft him.  I think we are going to trade back, its because a team has fallen in love with a specific QB and wants to move up to take him.

I think he gets picked at 2 unless someone offer's STL a giant amount of draft picks.  STL can grab an O-lineman later and have a fairly solid line if Long comes back and plays well.

I still think they go tackle. Unless they like a guy like Morgan Moses at 13, I have a hard time seeing them pass on Robinson.

I think this is the chess game to make St. Louis take Watkins @ 2 if they really like him...

 

Robinson, Matthews, Lewan....similar level...2 if not all 3 will likely make it to #13 if St. Louis skips @ #2.

 

Watkins....gap...all other WRs in this draft....Watkins won't fall to #13.

Something that has not been said here and maybe its me just playing with ideas, but aside from being a game changing WR, what about the possibility of Sammy doing Returns for us if we take him? I also hoping that Blackman does come back, and that the status of Justin makes no diffrence in the mind of Bradwell. As was already said an O with Justin, Sammy, Shorts and ACE could be a top unit add in a Tolby and bang i am sure Jedd Fisch and his evil offensive mind is already thinking of how to use this to the teams advantage.

I would be surprised. I could easily see Atlanta, Buffalo, Detroit, Tennessee taking a tackle if those guys fall.

 I agree but at 13 Evans may be there, and Robinson and or Matthews IMO may not be there at 13 ( as much as fans don't like it or at-least some fans there is a premium and rightfully so on OT'S. Atlanta and Oakland jump out as possibly teams taking a T.

Watkins is gonna look good clapping for Johnny when Johnny gets picked at 3.

The fact that we totally ignored the WR position in free agency leads me to believe Sammy will be our pick.

But the defense is still an issue. And their head coach is Clueless Jim Caldwell.
