Now now now. Let's not make fun of the OP just because he is oblivious to grammar and spelling. He may do better than paper or plastic in life.

Seattle has the blueprint. When the rules changed to favor offense, they didn't go sissy like most of the league did and just sit around and let it happen.
They challenged QBs by cranking up the pressure, moving them off the spot. They also challenged the WRs, by being more physical - which took them off their routes, throwing off both the timing and location of where the ball needed to be.
That's really all it is. Effective pressure combined with coverage that's also based on bad intentions.
