New beer created to drink after your workout
 

Drinking and working out don’t usually go hand in hand, but one Canadian brewing company wants redefine the post-workout drink.

Vampt beverage company is planning on launching Lean Machine "recovery ale,” a gluten-free lager with only 77 calories, reports NPR’s The Salt.
