I can't figure out where the Titans are. It seems to me they are trying to make something work, but in the end will need to start from scratch and rebuild.

They remind me of the Jaguars of 4-5 years ago. Not good enough to be a playoff team. Not bad enough to get a top 5 pick. I like Whisenhunt but they just don't have a strong roster. The Whitehurst signing makes no sense at all.
