I just don't see pocket presence in Manziel, his quickness makes up for lack of awareness

Quote:Of course it a debate! Its also a debate how Teddy will handle those NFL defenses week in and week out and how he handles pressure in close games. He never had to deal with much pressure at Louisville.still buttsore over the the hit he took that knocked off his helmet...that only seemed to make him mad and thrash your gators?

They were one of the better defenses fielded in the last 5-6 years on college football
One of their coaches said that Bridgewater was the best decision maker they have played in the last 5-6 years

Bridgewater is their guy. Now is he going to be there? That's another question.
You forgot "IMO"

I think he misspoke when he said pocket presence. Obviously Teddy demolishes Manziel when it comes to pocket presence. I think he simply meant to say mobility.

Teddy.. Teddy.. Teddy.. Ted

Quote:Is this a joke? Bridgewater has far, far, far superior pocket presence and movement within the pocket.
This is actually true. Yes Manziel has eyes in the back of his head to avoid sacks but he usually uses them to escape the pocket. Bridgewater uses his pocket presence to move within the pocket while keeping his eyes downfield. I'd say overall pocket presence goes to Teddy.

Yep. It's pretty clear to see, even from watching just a few clips of Bridgewater.

People get so attached to one QB that they refuse to see the positives in the other prospects.
