Somali Suicide bomber kills self

 

<p class="">MOGADISHU, Somalia (AP) -- A Somali police officer says a suicide car bomber accidentally detonated his explosives near a popular hotel in the Somali capital.

<p class="">Capt. Mohamed Hussein said the bomber appeared to have prematurely detonated his explosives-laden car Saturday as he tried to park near a hotel. No others were hurt or killed in the blast.

That's not going to look good on his quarterly performance review.

He should have stuck to piracy.

(sigh) I don't know how many times he was told in training. D doesn't stand for drive. It means DETONATE.

Stories like this make me smile. I don't care if that changes what anyone thinks of me.
