Actually what he said in response to a question about whether the transition tag on Mack would scare him away was: "I don't really want to get into that... it's a little dicey."


Your interpretation of what he said is how false rumors get started. What he means by dicey is one of two things... it's either too complicated for him to get into it, or he may not be allowed to get into it per league rules. Not once did he allude to anything being shady, and he would probably be fined by the league if he did say or imply that anything was done improperly.

I would love to land Mack. I doubt it though.

Shady/Dicey is the same thing man.  His tone along with his dialog lead me to believe he is not interested because of the tag.  My 2 cents
