Need pass rush? Here ya go
he truly was one of the best players in the league a few years ago.  i wonder if caldwell could use him in this scheme.

Oh man, I don't normally get giddy over Free Agents, but this guy would be such a good fit on the roster. I'd very much rather have him on the roster than Babin.

I hope the team at least kicks the tires on him.

Could make it easier for us to grab Houston now.

31
No.

Old. Pass.
I've always signed Ware to the Jaguars in my Madden careers, lol... would be interesting if it happened!

Jaguars need to sign Demarcus Ware. Stop being el cheapo.

4 years ago... yes. He's now officially too old.

Pass.

For the right price ( I know..duh) I'd love to see him here. Help Branch and tutor Clowney. Then pick up a decent corner and this D just did a 360.

The team needs a DE. Bad. If they don't plan on Clowney, then a move for a DE has to be a priority.
A healthy Ware and Clowney as bookend DE's... yes please.

I wouldn't over pay for him. Coming off his lowest sack total in his career or at least a while. I think we should have interest, but he isn't worth a mega deal IMO.
Not only is Ware 31, but has he ever had success (or even played) DE in a 4-3 scheme at this level?

Hasn't Dallas always been 3-4 since he's been a Cowboy?

Ya, probably will have a nice year next year but I dont think he would fit here.

They were a 4-3 last year, FWIW.
Not sure he would really fit in here but in Gus we Trust if he was to sign anyways...

When Wade Phillips was there, and then the subsequent Rob Ryan Defense, Dallas played more of a 50 front than a true 3-4. I know that Ware was listed as an Outside Linebacker but all the times that I watched Dallas play - which admittedly weren't a lot - Ware had his hand on the ground. I don't think that putting him at the LEO position in this Defense and lining him up in a Nine Technique will be all that different from what he is used to.
