Since tomorrow is the New Year we should be opening the beaches on Monday.

Back in the day I spent many a New Year's Day laying out on the beach. It was kind of a tradition with a girlfriend and me, as long it wasn't freezing or raining. The dunes create a nice wind block. :yes:

I just walked back up from the dunes and the wind and temps aren't too bad. The fire bowl going in the back yard is a nice contrast.
