Its possible, I wonder what kind of money he is looking at?  8-9 mil a year ?

Why, in every post of yours, do you feel the need to take shots at people that post on this board? You act as if you are some football insider with superior football knowledge to every person that posts on here.

Nearly everyone has the Vikings as the favorites to land him because of Zimmer. If true, we should grab Everson Griffen.

I am sure we talk to all of these pass rushers.  Will we sign one of the top?  I doubt it.

 

Bennett I say has the best chance at coming here.

It's needed at times to balance out the multitudes of people who say draft Clowney, trade back up for Manziel, get two of Mack, Byrd, and Johnson in FA...then I'll be happy!

On topic, I think they will pursue Bennett and Johnson but I am not sure they will get into a bidding for either.

 

Would not be surprised to see them sign a Willie Young type pass rush specialist.

After the Red signing, if we can just get some online help I would be happy.  It would be nice to get a center and a guard or 2 guards.  I think we get our pass rusher and future QB in the draft.

Yeah that's what I've said but mostly gotten rebuked. They'll inquire in the big name Bennett/Johnson/Houston stuff probably, but expect more along the lines of a Griffen, Ayers, Young, Schofield type.

At that price or higher, which I am sure he's looking for, and will get, let some other SUCKER pay it. Yep, thats right, SUCKER - he's not worth nearly that much.

agreed,  I wouldnt go more than 7 mil. a year at the most

Oh yeah, I expect a couple olineman to come in. Hopefully not Beadles as has been rumored because I think he is way overrated, and I wouldn't expect Schwartz or Asamoah because of price...but hopefully a couple of guys like De La Puenta, Dietrich-Smith, Reitz, Reynolds, etc.

I also expect Johnson to easily surpass 10 mil AAV. He is a very, very good do it all DE who is only 27. He's gonna get the bank.

Hopefully Bryant called Bennett and told him he needs to come with him to Jax. I too am hoping we now focus our FA attention to Bennett and interior o line

It's what he does.  He also has draft snobbery like noone before.  

 

What about Rodger Saffold from the rams?  He is a good guard, only negative is he has some injury concerns.
