Yea, I think he took fans bowling once or twice if they showed up where he was bowling. He was a good guy for the city/team to have around.
IIRC he had trouble getting off the jam at the line. Once teams figured that out, coupled with the knees, he wasn't the same.

If he would've had an opportunity to work with Coach Sullivan I have a feeling his career may have ended a bit differently.
