Really depends on what the Jags do with their first. I personally would have my eye on Dee Ford, Dom Easley, or Troy Niklas.
It absolutely depends on the pick in the first.  Dee Ford will probably be gone, but would love to have him there.

It is crazy the level of prospects that could possibly fall to us at 39 in this draft.  Of course if Dee Ford somehow falls we should all present sacrifices to the draft Gods for smiling down on us.  But in the extremely likely event that he doesn't I really like the Van Noy, Crichton, and Sefarian-Jenkins picks.

RED LIGHTENING. We all know who the real athlete from FSU was

If we get Teddy in the 1st- Dee Ford, or Van Noy. I'm not sold on Attouchou and him in the 2nd may be a big reach. Maybe even Austin Seferian-Jenkins or Amarro is he falls.

If we take Clowney or Mack- Gabe Jackson or Xavier what's his name. Maybe even Garrapollo

Mett.......if we get Mack, Clowney or Robinson

We should be able to get what's comparable to the previous round's talent all the way back to maybe even the fifth round.

Our second should have a first grade, our third a second round grade, etc...
Garoppolo, if a QB is not taken with the first selection.

If a QB is taken with the first selection, I am hoping that either Ford or Ealy drop to the second. If not, most mocks have Stephon Tuitt available, and I believe he would be a great value also at the second pick.

Garoppono, at least in round two. I can't shake the feeling that the pro game could be too much for him. If he's there in three, sure. If he's not, I'd rather see us draft McCarron or Mettenberger. That's assuming we don't land a QB in one, and that Derek Carr isn't there when we pick in two.

If Ra'Shede Hageman or Stephon Tuitt are there, they'd be hard to pass up. Either guy could project to the five-tech end spot, or play alongside Marks at DT. If Aaron Donald is somehow there in two (he won't be, but a man can dream), he'd be a slam-dunk pick.

If we look at the secondary, Calvin Pryor and Terrence Brooks would be worthwhile as a free safety prospect, and I believe that Kyle Fuller or Bradley Roby would be solid corner picks if that's the route the team goes.

I don't see an interior OL worth the pick being there. Brandon Thomas and Gabe Jackson will both be there in the third, and I actually prefer them to Yankey, who we'd have to spend a two on.

I don't have anything in particular against Kyle Van Noy, aside from maybe age (24 when the season starts), but on a team with this many holes, I'm not sure that drafting an OLB who isn't a pass rushing threat in the second round makes sense.
This is the type of thread that should be made once day one is over......

Dont want a QB in round 2 no matter what. If we pass on one in round 1 Id rather wait until the 3rd and pick Fales.

So if we do pick a QB in round 1 Id say the best available LEO/SAM. If we picked a LEO/SAM round 1 then Id like to see a lineman in round 2.

Tre Mason? One can hope
Also, if a reciever like Cooks, Lee, or Benjamin falls they might be a good option.

Its interesting to see the values everyone has on certain guys. Ive seen some guys say they want X player in rd 2 and most mocks have that guy in rd 4 or later. Then I see others say they was X player and he will be gone  by 20...just funny, and everyone is justified in their opinion.

My gut tells me we are filling our LEO spot in the first. I think we end up with  DE here in the next few days and possibly a guard or 2...so I dont see us drafting either one of those positions in the 2nd unless the value is too good to pass up.

If a guy falls like Haegeman or Shazier then I think you take them. I dont see either getting out of the first but stranger things have happened. Jordan Mathews would be ok but I just dont see it.

it really all depends on who falls out of the first, we take BAP imo. My top 3 would be Shazier, Easley, Crichton/Tuitt/Murphy

Starting our draft with a combo of Khalil and Shazier would be pretty awesome imo.

I'm seeing a lot of people say that Mack would be a good fit at LEO for us. He would fit the role, yes, but we would not be maximizing his talent at all if we stuck him there. He has superb run stopping and coverage skills to accompany his excellent pass-rushing abilities. If we take him, we would stick him at SAM and use him like Von Miller. Anything else wouldn't be capitalizing on his value.

Troy Niklas or Devante Adams.

You can get a good back in the fourth round probably.

I agree that he should be moved around.  He can even be a LEO in a few packages.

I agree that Mack is a likely candidate for our first pick unless Caldwell is just putting up a smokescreen and hopes either Bridgewater or Bortles is available. No way Clowney makes it past the 2nd pick, in my opinion.

As far as the 2nd round goes, I also believe someone will fall out of the first round who will present great value. The Jaguars would be wise to take the BAP with every pick since they need to improve at basically every position. Of the names you mentioned, I also like Shazier the most, but his pro day probably guarantees he goes in the first. Haegeman would be an awesome pick if he falls, although not sure if the Red Bryant pick-up would effect this. I'd also love it if one of the top Offensive linemen falls to them, especially Zach Martin, although Yankey would be ok at this spot, also. As far as a q.b., if they don't take their guy in the first I would be hesitant to take one in the 2nd, also. The 2nd rounder can be a premium value pick (Jones-Drew, Brackens, Darryl Smith, etc.) so unless they absolutely love Garrapalo, Mettenberger or McCarron I'd rather wait til the 3rd and hope one of those guys is still on the board. If not, worst case scenerio is they draft a guy like Murray or Smith in the 4th and hope they got another Russell Wilson. If not, next year has several excellent candidates. Better to "waste" a 3rd or 4th rounder than select another Gabbert or Leftwich.
If Ford or Amaro are there, you have to take them.
