Who would you like to see (all within reason) us grab or actively pursue this year in free agency.
I want:
M. Vick
A. Verner
J. Byrd
I think this would put our secondary and/or defense in the top half of the league and would give us a lot of excitement at the QB postion which we haven't had in years
Side note: A. Mack or B. Albert wouldn't be a bad addition either
Mack and an offensive guard. Top priority. And then possibly Bennett

My only knock on Bennett is he may try and break the bank. Hopefully the previous coaching relationship could give us a little deal.

Yeah I seen it last week sometime.. Even car dealerships have family rates though.
Center and guard. I wouldn't want to go into the draft absolutely having to fill more than one interior o-line position. Pass rushers in FA are overpaid so I'm okay with staying away. Quality center and guard and some depth on the d-line and perhaps LB and I'll be happy.

Wouldn't mind Avant though he isn't on the top of my list.
Key free agency desires....
A pass rusher. I am not sold on Johnson or Bennett, for the money they will command. I would like Lamarr Houston to upgrade Alualu's spot, and then address Leo in the more cost effective draft to upgrade Branch/Babin.
A vet QB to bridge and mentor before a rookie from the draft takes over. Henne is the obvious choice, as he knows the system.
Interior OL help. 2 guards and 1 center are needed. I would like to see 2 of the 3 picked up in free agency, and the 3rd one in the draft. Besides Asamoah, Saffold intriques me as he is young and versatile (can play equally well at both guard and tackle). Beadles and Schwartz would be the next choices for me at guard. I would love to see Mack at center, but he may be cost prohibitive and the 5 day match period involved in the transition tag is a pain. There are 2-3 other centers on the market that, although not pro bowlers, will be solid starters.

What about Champ Bailey, I know he's old but if nothing else he can teach the young safety a few things along with the Corner Backs. A lot like a Holt kind of thing, plus adds value when he is healthy.
