Hey colt fans.. I'm thinking of moving to Indy soon.. You'll have one more pesky jag fan to put up with :p
Grigson not learned anything from last year it seems... Apparently Jackson ranked below Angerer against the run last year

According to PFF, true.

However, there scores are not always accurate. They had Jerrell Freeman as a negative number. And if you ask anyone that watches him play regularly they would laugh at that. The guy is a beast.
You nailed it. If TMD were a GM, he would emulate fanboy Grigson. I'm looking forward to watching the Colts implode around Luck in a couple years, especially if he misses much time like Manning did.

Quote:Grigson kind of runs his team with a fan mentality which IMO isn't good. He seems to always be going after 'name' players who are either past their prime (Jackson) or are underachievers (Richardson). Gotta give credit where credit is due though, he's turned that team around but that was largely due to one draft pick. I think the jury's still out on him long-term however. The clots have a ton of cap room but if continues to make deals like this, that space will quickly evaporate and they'll be fielding scrubs at minimum wage in order to re-sign Luck to a long-term deal after his rookie deal has expired. I think you have to be more careful with your spending and lock up your core players with big, long-term deals and not go off and spend $22 million on 30 year-old linebackers.

You had to edit that?

I would?? Oh thats right....I'd have also drafted Luck, so ergo, I would have later went to to emulate Grigson's entire history, right?...

Quote:The clots are becoming quite the "old" team. Gotta go with youth nowadays. Happy with where we're headed.
To the bottom of the division? lol jk.
This is actually a decent signing. He's 30 years old, they'll be able to get a good two to three years out of him if they want to. He's a well rounded linebacker and was actually apart of some respectable CLE defenses during his time there.
Quote:The Colts released C-Samson Satele today. This saves them $4Mill in cap space, which essentially covers 4/5ths of Jackson's annual salary. They basically traded out one of the worst centers in the league for one of the most productive LBs in the league five-to-10 yards beyond the line of scrimmage . I'd say it's a good move on their part.

Why would you move to Indy? Are you on the witness protection program or something?
