Done it and have been known to do it when hunting. Just 'cause it makes me feel like the uber-redneck.
Usually Kodiak, cause it tastes like candy. Back in the day Copenhagen. I can't believe what they charge for a can of the stuff these days.

I dipped Grizzly wintergreen long cut off and on for a few years -- it was (is) of the cheaper variety, and still seemed to be every bit as strong as its more expensive competition -- but then one day I took a serious look at my bottom front teeth... and I promptly decided that broken lungs seemed absolutely worth it.
I would honestly hate to fathom the sort of grotesquery my teeth would by now have surely displayed, had I not quit dipping.
