Completely agree that it would probably be a reach at #39. Like you said, after the combine I don't think he'll be there at our pick in the 3rd.

 

I'd much rather get a Pass Rusher in the 1st or 2nd round over a WR, due to WR being much deeper, but I was just saying I'd rather reach on Moncrief in the 2nd over reaching on Evans in the 1st. Especially reaching for him in the top 10.

Moncrief shouldn't be there at our 3rd rounder. He's probably be drafted somewhere in the 1st half of the 2nd round. 

Moncrief will not be there in the 3rd. I'll be surprised if he makes it past the 1st half of the second
