Atlanta is cutting him after just two seasons on his five year contract. Does anyone know if this is strictly a performance-based issue or was it to get under the Cap?

I pretty much hate that entire Atlanta defense. Stinks. 

He has a high cap number and wasn't playing well enough to justify half of it last year. So, both.
