I don't want us to take an OL in the first, but did anyone just see his 40? This dude is built like a monster and he ran a 4.84... Gotta appreciate that athleticism.

I know plenty of folks would be insanly pissed if we did draft him, I myself would be a bit shocked and sad but I know he would turn out to be great too. I think he should the most out of anyone today.

That said we wont draft him lol

Robinson is one hell of an athlete, and should be the first tackle taken over Matthews. With that said, I don't see us taking him.

Yeah I don't want us to take him, I'd gladly swap Joeckel for him tho lol.

Inb4 JungleCat gushes over him.

Robinson exploding in the combine is good news for us. It definitely increases the chance that the Rams stay put and draft him.

Willie Roaf 2.0

Robinson is a heck of an athlete. Hopefully it does entice the Rams to stay at #2 especially with Lewan looking good and Cyrus failing some teams physical with his bad knee. It's still hard to gauge how well Robinson will translate to the NFL with the style offense he blocked for this past year but it does prove that he was athletic enough for the Bigs. Anyone know about his pass blocking

Pass blocking isn't his strong suit but the guy is a freak of nature.  Some team is going to fall in love with him and take him early, probably over Matthews.  Robinson is a monster that needs polishing but his upside is unlimited.

No it's not, he woulda been much better served playing in any offense except for Auburn's extreme run first scheme really.
If he falls to the Titans, with Robinson and Warmack on that left side, whoever their RB is will have lots of holes to run threw on that left side.

Would take both Taylor and jake before him

Robinson is OK, but I suspect a major reason Auburn was limited to a zillion rushes per game directly related to their inability to pass protect.

If Robinson could pass block with a high level of skill, you'd think Auburn would have been more balanced in their offensive success.

Or maybe their running backs were better than their QBs.

It doesn't look like that to me. Auburn was pretty good at masking their weaknesses. Pass blocking was one of them.
Or maybe because they had an option style QB..the kind of QB that played DB for Georgia and then changed positions to QB in JUCO. I don't think it was "masking their weakness" I think it was more of playing to their strength
