This will get alot of hate and im trying not to be biased, but i watched all of both of these quarterbacks cutups on draft breakdown and here is what i have.
Manziel Bridgewater
Arm Strength Can make all NFL throws. Doesn't have a "weak arm" But not a "strong arm" either.
Accuracy GREAT ACCURACY Best in the class from 1-20, deep balls flutter and are inaccurate.
Pocket Presence Tends to leave pocket early. Tends to leave the pocket too late, leading to sacks.
Football IQ Not yet as great as BW's Amazing football IQ, Manziels is lower but may catch up with hard work.
Touch I haven't seen any problems Teddy struggles with touch on deep balls, but is amazing in the 1-20
Athleticism Shake and bake baby. Great on the bootleg, doesn't scramble as much as he needs to.
Size Though only 6 foot he has Thinner than Johnny with small hands, may be why he wears gloves.
size 15 feet and hands like
bannanas.
Leadership Brett Farve attitude I have honestly no idea, doesnt show emotion on field(Gabbert).

Manziel is not all that accurate (especially due to the fact he is throwing to wide open receivers). Bridgewater to about 35 yards is easily the most accurate in the class (includes timing, anticipation and throwing to windows) Deep balls to lack the umph, too much reliability on touch
Tough to really get a grip on JFs football IQ due to the type of offense, he misses reads in a spread offense (worrisome), High IQ only becomes higher in the pros, Manziel will likely not catch him
Athleticism is a wash, Manziel is Manziel, Bridgewater does what he needs to

Leadership: Brett Favre attitude???? What does that even mean in terms of leader ship?????? Manziel is a fiery guy (which I like), Players at Louisville had a ton of belief in Bridgewater apparently

I'm not comparing Gabbert and Teddy, they are polar opposites, but I like a guy who will be all over the sidelines motivating guys. Not just sitting on the bench with a "meh" look on there face,

The Mad Dog started a thread about that. The problem was also addressed in my "Why does size matter so much?" thread. But usually people worry about fumbling when they talk about hand sizes. If a quarterback has small hands, he is more likely to drop the ball while taking a snap, handing it off, or attempting a pass. If you want a guy with big hands, tell me you like Johnny Manziel.

Manziel throws a lot of YOLO balls. But he can do that with who he was throwing those to.
The thing that I like about Bridgewater that I've seen from him more than anybody else in this class, he's great at throwing open his receivers. He throws back shoulder balls better than anybody else in this class and doesn't get his receivers killed nearly as much as the other guys.
I may be alone on this, but I have seen a good amount of those back shouder throws that look more like underthrown balls that have too much air under them. Saw plenty of examples where I felt NFL DBs would be in pick six situations. That's my biggest concern in his game. Even in games where his statlines look good, I saw these throws. A WR comes out of his break expecting the ball to be there and both he and the DB are waiting for it to get there.

Keep at it, and I would offer this advice; remove adjectives from your description and be as 'clinical' as possible when you do a write up on someone. For example,instead of writing "GREAT ACCURACY" for Manziel, put parameters in there or anecdotal evidence. "I watched 20 passes of his and of those, 18 hit the Receiver in stride, in the hands" something along those lines.
Also, try to stay away from comparing one player to another until the end. Think along the lines of how people state that Bortles reminds them of Roethlisberger because of his frame and his ability to stretch plays out.
One other thing; no matter what you write,
someone out there is not going to like it, is going to disagree with it, and is going to come up with a logical reason why you're wrong. It just happens.
