David Stolte Takes Drugs, Claims To Be Jack Bauer, Commits Bizarre Burglary: Police

Jack Bauer is known for breaking in to high-security areas, but he usually doesn't get caught stealing frozen crab from a residential apartment.

A Seattle man was allegedly on LSD and believed he was Jack Bauer -- a secret agent on the show "24" -- when police say he burglarized a couple's home, KIRO 7 reported.

LSD can make one do very bizarre things.

At least he hasn't hurt anyone else, yet ....the suspect had been contacted by police several times over the past few years for incidents including running around naked, climbing on rooftops naked, smashing a bus window, and lying in the middle of the road attempting to be run over...."On a waiting list to see a therapist" (probably should have been seeing one for the past few years).
Here's a question; say you're tripping balls but you're not in possession since you took all the drugs you had and you're not breaking any other laws. Can you still be arrested and charged with something?

If you're at home melting into your couch while watching cartoons with the sound turned off and listening to Sphongle or Ott, probably not.

If you're out and about maybe public intoxication? Or would that only apply to alcohol?
