How are they the same difference? One tries to circumvent the laws by claiming to either be associated with a charity or a non profit. If you're a non profit gambling establishment, whats the point?

I thought there was a difference too...but never having been in either one of them before, I wasn't really sure.

They are circumventing gambling laws. If gambling is not regulated, who is to say the machines arent rigged and people are getting ripped off out of their money?
Its non profit though, so in the end the business doesnt make any cash.....hahahaha.
