No, that's not safe to say. They can't figure out how to win, but they haven't quit. The Jets and Rams have quit, but I still see the Jaguars doing all they can.


 

As for ARob, it does seem like DBs are doing all they can to be physical with him, however, it still looks to me like he's balling out there. I haven't actually seen him shy away from contact or anything like that.
