Quote:He is better than Bortles.
That remains to be seen (in the NFL.)
I've said in another thread, it's my opinion that there's no top 10 QB in this draft.
Being my opinion, I'd defer to the staff if they think otherwise and back the pick. But right now I'm skeptical of them all.

Put the liquor bottle down pirks...
Bridgewater is leagues ahead of Bortles

In your opinion. Put the keyboard down and open a book, go outside, experience life outside the digital world.
Quote:People people, forget the highlights, the excitement, the Heisman
Look at the qb
1. Manziel is inconsistent in his mechanics
2. Didn't even have a refined understanding of his offense at A&M
3. 1/4 vision of the field, misses a lot of reads and throws
4. No pocket presence against pressure
Sounds like a 3-4th round qb to me
Well shoot, I've seen all I need to see. Wiseman has spoken. Manziel SUCKS!

In Greg Cosell's opinion and numerous scouts opinion as well.

Right. You're the same dolt that said Teddy had a stronger arm than Jameis WInston.

With that 3 second wind up...
Teddy's ball is hitting his receiver and his hands while Winston's pass is just leaving his finger tips

So quicker release=stronger arm? Got it.
I'm sure Teddy can throw a 97 mph fastball, too.

Get off the Jameis train, he needs another 2 before he is NFL ready
He is talented but lacks an exorbitant amount of polish

Another two years? Based on what?
If he was eligible to come out this year, he'd go ahead of Teddy.

And be an utter disaster at the NFL level

I'd love to see your NFL scouting credentials.

1. Slow windup throwing motion
2. Fairly basic offensive concepts at FSU
3. Difficult to tell talent wise considering the talent around him

1. That much I can agree with. His windup is pretty slow, but that's something that can be improved.
2. That is complete bull. Jimbo runs a very complex offense at the college level.
3. I love when people bring this up. So is Jameis supposed to apologize FSU is an elite football program that attracts elite high school talent?

He's watched football the last 10 years. He told me himself.

Not compared to what Bridgewater runs, stuff is cake.
Winston has two options, the primary read and the check down
Number 3 isn't really Winston fault but it is really difficult to tell how well he operates under less than ideal circumstances
Winston does through a dang good ball though
He needs 2 years of seasoning to really master college before the NFL

No, no it isn't.
And LOL at two options. Just admit you don't have a clue and move on.

And some of those rate him as a second round talent, too. Opinons aren't guarantees of anything.

Joe Ganz put up similar numbers to Bridgewater in that same offense, and he's not even NFL talent. So much for that...
