Not sure. Since it was picked back up and play continued I would have thought it cancelled it out.

It's one of those statistical things, I guess it doesn't, even though a lot of times a stripped ball that gets jumped on by someone still counts as a sack.
Either way it doesn't get much more Jaguars than forcing a fumble and having the offense still go for 20 yards after that.
