I still believe the Rams will trade back but not far. Im guessing the Browns or Falcons. I think St Louis wants Matthews and they cant risk trading too far back. I'm no GM but Matthews makes TOO much sense for the Rams

The Rams could trade back with the higher pick of the Browns/ Falcons and likely still get Matthews. 

Personally, I like Manziel, but I like Bortles just as much, if not more...I'd be perfectly happy with any of the three (Bridgewater, Bortles or Manziel).

I'd be happy with Bortles in a trade down situation from 3/ or trade up from the 2nd round (after say a Clowney selection) with pick 3.

what is the earliest you would take Bortles?

10-15...in that area. Not sure of a specific number yet.

I can't argue with that but let's remember in 2012 where they missed out on their guy because they traded back and we traded up just in front of them and stole Blackmon right from them.

The only team I think with enough ammunition to trade up is Clev, but if Clev likes the top 3 QBs a lot, they are not gonna trade up and just sit and wait and that who falls to them.

In the end they got the better receiver anyway

What if Bortles goes 1st, Vikings trade up with Rams to take Teddy at 2, and we take Manziel at 3.  Then the Browns are screwd.  Its very possible Bortles, Manziel, and Teddy go in the top 3, so the Browns might want to trade up.
