Those two have to be way up there.

Oh wow... how could I have overlooked David Shula.
That surely does bring back memories. Interesting to see where some of today's coaches are in win %.

Bobby Petrino bailed on the Falcons. Is that what you were thinking of?
Quote:Worst of all time?? No. He went like 5-11 this year, after posting a better record last year, IIRC. He's not been a good NFL HC, but by no means does he belong on a "worst of all time" list.
I said he was one of the worst, not the worst.

And Nick Saban bailed on the Dolphins for the 'Bama gig, after saying he wasn't leaving
Quote:Petrino....the same guy that just got the Louisville gig....who also ditched Louisville after a year, prior....
He might be the worst human being of all time.
Didn't he also get caught in some scandal at Arkansas?

Having an affair with a university employee, which was discovered because of a motorcycle crash or something like that.

Nick Saban realized he was only fit to coach at the college level, which is true, after losing a lot of games in one season. But he got the Dolphins job two weeks after recruiting Michael Oher so we can argue he bailed on LSU.
