A true music legend has passed on. The Everly Brothers were once hugely popular, and left an impression on that generation's fans and artists that cannot be overlooked.

I used to have a neighbor that had a severely handicapped adult daughter. One of her daughter's favorite songs was the Everly Brothers' On the Wings of a Nightingale, which written by Paul McCartney. It was a minor hit but for personal reasons, is my favorite song by them.
