Mom's first iPhone rings once before going to voice mail mode every time I call her. Has this ever happened to anyone else? How can she fix it?
Also, is there a volume control for the ringer? She has severe hearing loss and does not always hear that one ring.
She said iPhones are so easy to figure out they don't come with instruction books. I have to disagree because she would not have this problem if they were.
Someone with small hands will have to answer this question.

I don't know why it would go to voice mail after one ring. You might want to go to where ever you got the phone and see if they can figure it out.
As for the volume control... Go to settings, then to sounds. There is a place to control the volume there.
Maybe she's just ignoring your calls.

I know. That's why I can say whatever I want to her. She'll never know. But I don't think I have ever been mean to her, so I'm not sure why she ignored me. Probably because my football iq is nowhere near hers
