The savior of what?? We were losing last year too with Bortles... And Bortles is looking like he is gonna join Tebow on a tv screen soon the way he playing.. Or probably join us at the bar watching on Sundays..

What is the point of this thread?  That Bortles and Tebow both suck at playing quarterback in the NFL?  Yeah, I think we knew that already.

Short memory? Last year he threw what, 37 touchdown passes. Our offense was fine, it was our defense which sucked. That's why Dave spent so many draft picks and money on free agents on the defensive side of the ball. I don't know of anyone clamoring for Blake's replacement last year.

Its true, not sure if Bortles does anything better than Tebow. Better throwing motion? No. Better leader? No. Better runner? No. Better accuracy? Probably even. Could of kept our 3rd round pick and taken Mack? Yes

Tebow will never be in an nFL uniform and bbint will have to work his tail off

Wrong, dude. Tebow couldn't win with this staff. If Bortles had been drafted by Oakland, the Raiders would STILL be headed to the playoffs, just like Carr is doing now. I've said it before and I'll say it again: A competent coaching staff MATTERS...

We could call up Tebow at the ball park today, fly him in on Saturday and start him on Sunday and we would get roughly the same QB play we would with Bortles.

He doesn't need to.  Bortles can retire from his rookie contract.  Tebow will have to do TV for the next 20 years to make what Bortles made in his rookie contract.
