As far as Houston is concerned, yes, that debate is done.  There is no chance whatsoever they will select another Carr.  Their fanbase, which is already unstable because of the whole Schaub debacle, will go after their front office's home the moment Carr struggles.  The Jags, on the other hand, maybe will look him up in the 3rd round.

I think the debate should be over for taking Carr at the top of the draft (pick 3).  Hope for a trade back or a big fall if you want him.
