The bills coach didn't draft his college qb

I wouldn't be surprised, I was actually thinking about this earlier he may be a 6th or 7th rounder when it's all said and done and at that point the risk is minimal and he has experience with the offense.
But if Fisch along with Gus and Dave (and whoever else has input on QB selections) see a better QB available at that point then we could pass.

Very true but the counter argument to that was Tannehill being drafted to Mike Sherman's offense so it's not totally impossible. I wouldn't mind either way, as long as we draft a QB 1st or 2nd and he's late round or FA.

Dear God I hope not.

I doubt Morris gets drafted period, he has no arm and no talent. So sure maybe the Jags pick him up as a UDFA and have him for a camp arm but I doubt he would be on the roster opening day. If we do draft him even with a 7th round pick I give up all faith in Caldwell.

He won't be drafted. Has never looked like an NFL prospect at any extended period in his career.

Seriously? That is absurd.

I wouldn't even want him on our roster as a UDFA. I hate to tear down a college kid, but man he's terrible. Terrible. I'm more confident in Matt Scott than I am in Morris.

Ouf of all the QB's I looked at this past season, IMO Morris has regressed ALOT.
He really lacks the instinct of where to place the ball. If he comes into the league un-drafted, the team that takes a chance on him will need to sit him for 3 years just to learn the game. Im disappointed in him.

No one will give him three years to show his worth because he won't be a part of any team's future plans.
And no team will give any franchise quarterback prospect three years to sit and learn under the current CBA, anyway. No one has any clue what the Patriots and Broncos think of Mallett and Osweiler, for example, while it was very clear that Rodgers was the Packers' future.
Sorry, that was sort of beyond the point you were making, but I thought I might as well expand on that.

You know..in the first half ofthe Miami FSU game Morris looked amazing. He showed an arm in that small window of time. The pass he threw to the back corner of the end zone for a touchdown was amazing. Could be a camp arm but I dont see is us using a pick on him

If he dedicated himself to working on his mechanics and get bigger who knows his potential ceiling.
To say he wont be part of any team's future plans is premature. As someone else said, he could just turn out to be a camp arm.

He'll be a heck of a CFL QB.
