So with cecil out and since I have him Im debating either to pick up and start one of these 2 since the bills pass defense isnt the greatest.  If so which one would you pick up and start or stay away from both. It is a PPR league

I have Mike Brown as my flex. I expect him to get more targets than Ace. He had 7 last week and ace only had 5, so I am hoping for a couple catches and maybe if I get lucky, a touchdown too.
