Netflix on demand has a wide array of titles available and I thought a thread would be handy for recommending movies and shows to one another.
So - for those so inclined - let us know what you've enjoyed the most with your netflix subscription.
(Hulu and Amazon recommendations are welcome too)

I have seen an embarrassing amount of content on netflix as I work from home about 70% of the time and will often have something on while I work. So I guess I'll just start with what I've seen recently...
The NF original series "lilyhammer" has been cracking me up. They just put up season two and it's very funny. You have to wade through some corny gangster cliches in the first season, but it gets really funny a few episodes in.
I enjoyed Netflix for about 4 years.. My dvd library grew by the thousands..
Breaking Bad. I had never seen it until my son talked me into watching the first episode. By then the first four seasons were available. I became hooked and binge watched them all over the next few weeks before season five was released.
I'm getting into this house of cards show they have on it, I'm about 11 episodes in.

Yeah I don't think one can go wrong by watching any of the Netflix exclusives: Lillyhammer, House of Cards, Hemlock Grove, Orange is the New Black
47 Ronin is a remake, the original is on Netflix, pretty sweet. "Drive" is great. "13 Assassins" is good too. There's a french film about a dirty cop, who stashes some drugs he stole in a club and then his son gets involved it's good too can't remember the title. There's always "Braveheart." Oh, they added the first Pirates of the Caribean, love all those movies, the story and acting actually keep up with the production value.
The Man from Nowhere (film) is pretty freaking good.

I've heard good things about some of those series. Currently not subscribed to Netflix anymore. I will subscribe again, once Daredevil and the other future exclusive Marvel titles get released.
Glad they added Christmas Vacation. Watched that a few times already this month.
"Headhunters" is an awesome foreign action flick. Check it out. "The Chaser" was good too.

"Sleepless Night"
Sgt. Kabukiman N.Y.P.D.
Is that still featured with on demand?
I'm checking out a pretty good horror/drama mini series currently.
Apparitions. (Netflix on-demand.)
It's pretty good. (british priest performs exorcisms etc)

Haha. "America's first accidental oriental crime fighting hero!"

Plus, they just added Dexter seasons 6-8. I've been waiting for that for over a year.
Just beginning 7, after Deb finds out.

I love Lilyhammer!! I don't understand why the Soprano guy speaks English but understands everyone speaking in Norwegian, and they all understand his English!! It makes it a little hard to follow!!

In the first episode he listens to an audio instruction course in Norwegian for a few days.
I love the outrageousness in the writing. Cracks me up.

It's a very good show!
I just watched the first episode of House of Cards. Looks like a keeper.

Let me know your thoughts on the ending when you finish it. It got a lot of mixed reviews.
House of Cards and Orange is the New Black is very, very good. Of course Breaking Bad is awesome, maybe favorite show for me all time.
Swimming with Sharks. Great movie and Kevin Spacey is awesome (you hate and love him at the same time).
Shaolin Soccer - Hilarious, ridiculous and again, Hilarious.
Das Boot - Has awesome long shots and really makes you feel like you are in a submarine.
I'll go through some others. Trying to hit on things that I don't think people have seen or not as mainstream.
