Is it the scheme, or what? He was great for us other than being injured. Seems like a complete 180 in San Diego, stays on the field, but you wish he wasnt

I've been surprised how far off he's fallen. I was vocally against him not coming back and being replaced with rookies, however at this point in time it seems Caldwell made the right call.

After the bye I've started to get excited, but I'm trying not to get my hopes up in the event we have another Shack Harris/Gene Smith let down.

Unless something changes dramatically in the next few weeks, Derek Cox does indeed look one and done in San Diego. I'm not sure if he got into even a single play on Defense in Denver the other night.
