Quote:So if a woman is punching you, slapping you, or getting physically violent with you in any manner, you're just gonna sit there and take it?

No. I'm either walking away or most likely, calling the cops and having her a$$ thrown in jail.
Quote:thats not how that works. If theyre hitting you and you hit them thats not retaliating thats self defense.

If you're scared of a woman, that's just pathetic. Hitting them is just the "white trash" way of thinking.

Exactly. You don't need to defend yourself by hitting back.

I learned about this stuff from a clinical psychologist, so you can't say I am wrong without having a master's degree in psychology yourself. It is ALWAYS better to walk away than hit back.
I am guessing Fournette might easily be the Jags pick if Garrett and Allen are gone. Not necessarily saying I would agree with it

I would not say easily. And I would be shocked if both of those guys are gone before we pick.

If you cant do anything to get them off of you or away from you and theyre beating you, hitting is justified.

I know a guy, smaller dude, got into an argument with his girlfriend in his apartment. She got super violent and started whaling on him. He was physically incapable of getting her off of him or getting out of the room while she was doing this so he just tried to cover up and take the blows because the world told him that hitting back is the "white trash way of thinking". He was concussed, missing a tooth and currently blind in one eye because she was raining shots at him with a ring on.

Im not defending Joe Mixon he was wrong, and hitting anyone when theres an alternative solution is wrong. Often in these situations there is an alternative solution but people take the "easy" way out. But on some occasions there arent alternate solutions. Sometimes you are in a position to be harmed and theres nothing you can do but hit back, so these sweeping generalizations can kick rocks.

That's why I always follow a simple rule....... never date a woman bigger or stronger than you are. Because eventually, you will pi$$ them off and it could get ugly.

"If you can't life her , don't shift her" as we say in Ireland.
I read a ESPN article earlier saying Browns are in love with Myles Garrett. Something about him testing off the charts.

After reading that article, Myles decided to go back for his senior year.

I just posted that article this morning on another thread. If they take Garrett, I look for them to go all in on Jimmy G. They probably use their other first round pick and another high round pick to get him from the Pats. I would almost guarantee the Niners would then select Allen at #2. That would disappoint the majority of people on this board. With that said, I would see no other option but to trade down.

Let's hope we can find someone willing to trade up from their spot with us...

I don't think that would be too difficult. Someone might want to trade up for Fournette, Peppers or one of the other Alabama players.

Far from a guarantee. Their QB situation might be the worst in the league. Chip will take a QB to "get his offense rolling" and give himself a couple of years of breathing room. He can't afford not to because he's looking like a joke of a professional coach so far.

I'm not saying the Niners won't take a QB, but I doubt it will be in round 1. Trubisky doesn't fit Chip's offensive scheme and he's the only QB worthy of that high of a pick. I believe the Niners will take the best available player (Allen) and slect a QB in round 2 or they are likely to trade out of the #2 overall spot.

First things first, will they clinch the #2 pick?

If they do, will the 49ers want to keep it?
