Quote:Blake Bortles throws 2 pick 6's to this strong defense.  24-13 Vikings.

The timeless art of the pick six.
Bortles breaks out for 2 td and 180 yards on 50% passing with 5.8 YPA in Hacketts 'vertical' ground n pound offensive to watch.

Vikes 23- Jags-17
Jags win 19-14. Book it.

I think you had a typo there. I mean the wesite should know to autocorrect by now when Jags and 'win' are connected together.
Quote:0-2 Vikings.

Jaguars are set to receive the ball with 4 minutes left and a scoreless game. The punt is muffed and rolls into the endzone for a safety. We punt the ball away and the Vikings run out the clock with a suddenly emergent run game.

I can't think of any more Jaguars ways too lose... We've done them all already.

We haven't fumbled away a victory formation snap yet. I can totally see that happening.
Vikings 24 (6 from Bortles) Jags 10

Vikings 16,  Jaguars 6

With the Vikings TD ( s ) coming mainly because of their Defense and Special Teams.

I hope the Jaguars prove me wrong and play their best all around game all season.
We'll lose....we have a tradition to uphold.

Bortles continues his outstanding development that we saw last year, throwing for 4 touchdowns, running for another, with no turnovers. The Jaguar defense, one of the stingiest in the league, held the struggling Vikes offense to 186 total yards, only 42 on the ground, while grabbing two interceptions and recovering a fumble in the first half.

The Vikings were no match for this young, talented team. Allen Robinson grabbed 12 catches for 128 yards and 2 scores, while Marqise Lee hauled in 8 balls for 89 yards and a touchdown.

The home crowd, estimated at 72,0000 was treated to an outstanding performance by the offense, defense and special teams. The win guarantees home field advantage in the playoffs for the 11-2 Jags..........

Huh? What? Oh, my wife just woke me up........man, what a dream .

Vikings 16 Figments of my imagination. 10.
Jags 17 the Vikings 13.   The defense force two turnovers for 6 .  Cause I will  never root for my Jags to lose.  And our offense with great playcalling still can't score.

A prediction is not who you WANT to win, it's who you think WILL win.

Of course most people want the Jags to win. Most people realize that it's not likely to happen though, given what we've seen from the offense (especially QB) lately, and against a team last week that almost mirrors exactly what the Vikings will look like:

A struggling offense

A superb defense

Jags just got embarrassed by a team like that (Denver), after the Jags defense forced something like 11 punts, held Denver to 1/13 on 3rd downs, and didn't allow hardly ANY passing yards for Paxton.

Jags offense was pitiful against a strong defense, and we'll see it again.
The Vikings Defense is still very good but they suffered a major loss for the Jaguars game with S Harrison Smith out with a high ankle sprain.

Don't waste your breath.  I already tried explaining this to him, but the guy's got rocks piled on top of his pituitary gland.
Yes, Virginia, there is a Santa Claus...........

From the St. Paul Pioneer Press:

" Bradford might not survive the season playing behind this five-man turnstile. There was a Shaun Hill sighting in last week’s loss to Dallas after Bradford was chased to the bench for two plays while trainers confirmed he still had 12 pairs of ribs after being crunched by two Cowboys defenders."

On the other hand, history dictates that Bradford's play won't matter after the Jags' offense and special needs teams serve up 14 points.

Are they different personalities in the same host?

Okay prediction...

Vikings remain in the playoff picture and the Jaguars #becausejaguars again.  Do scores matter at this point?
27-13 Vikings

It wont matter BB5 will find some one to run back a pick 6. Go Jags, you still my team.
Hmmm, uhh, let me think.... uhhh.. we lose?

The 49ers are playing the Jets, so we're still in the running for the 2nd pick in the 2017 draft.

With the Jags luck, they win against the Vikings and miss out on the best player in the draft after the Browns take a QB with the first pick.

Jags - 17  Vikings - 14

Only because it would actually be in the Jags best interest to lose - so of course, they win.
