Good to hear Mincey is coming back. Hopefully whatever he did he can make up for with some big plays on Thursday Night.

It's gonna feel really good to say this:  I prefer Branch over Mincey.

Man, I really like how Bradley handled that situation. I love that he made Mincey work his way back up. That's how you get players to produce.

Yep I agree. Jack Del Clown, if he reprimanded Mincey at all, wouldn't have made him work back and earn his former spot, he'd just give it to him.

Bradley, a mere rookie coach, has a better handle already on how to handle disciplinary issues than Jack did.

Absolutely!  Jack had good qualities and bad ones in my opinion.  From the outside looking in, this seemed to be one of his worst.

Can we win at home? I feel like we have an away advantage lol

The Jaguars have had 5 away wins since their last home win!

It does feel good to say that, and I agree - however  - Mincey is playing a very different role in Bradley's defense than Branch is.  He shares snaps with Alualu  (5 tech) and sometimes shifts inside on passing downs.

That actually makes me feel even better about Branch standing out.

I think our D put the "fear of god" in keenum

From Rotoworld:

"Keenum bounced back from his nightmarish Week 12 effort, but mostly because the Pats dialed up oddly few blitzes. Keenum is perhaps the worst quarterback in the league against the rush (Geno Smith notwithstanding), so it was a surprising decision from Bill Belichick's defense. Keenum got his connection with Andre Johnson back in working order, finding his No. 1 wideout eight times for 121 yards. Johnson even dropped two passes. It was a good game, but Keenum is likely to come crashing back down to earth in Week 14 against the Jaguars. Jacksonville creamed Keenum in Houston in Week 12, and now the sides will square off in Florida."

The Big Cat's HUNGRY

Our "D" will feast on him and the "O" gets hot for the home crowd  Jags 21 horns 10

Quote:Has anyone seen where Antonio Smith essentially accused New England of spying on them? The relevant quote is below:

<p style="margin-left:40px;">"...'I just think it will be a big coincidence if that just happened by chance," he said. "I don't know for sure, but I just know it was something that we practiced this week." "Either teams are spying on us or scouting us,
'..."

To me, this speaks to a symptom that every coach hates; finger-pointing. It seems as if the players are looking for excuses as to why they aren't winning and they're picking out anyone besides themselves. Ironically enough, this reminds me of a great quote that was credited to the late Bum Phillips, former Houston Oilers coach:

<p style="margin-left:40px;">"You fail all the time, but you aren't a failure until you start blaming someone else.
"

<p style="margin-left:40px;">

Despite all of this, I think that Jacksonville loses this game to Houston.
While I don't think that Tate will have quite the day that he did versus New England -- 102 yards, three touchdowns -- I think that their offense is going to be too much to overcome. Man, I really, really hope I'm wrong about that.

I was wrong, and I am so stoked about it!
