Jacksonville.com used to have a vibrant and engaging discussion board. Then management decided to take the paper in another direction and the board quickly dried up from several hundred posts a day to just a few per month. The old debate group is long gone. Now the commenters consist mainly of a core of idiots and trolls. It's sad what they've done to it.
