We gained ground on Bama in the BCS by beating Idaho. Freaking Idaho. The gap between Alabama and FSU is smaller than the gap between FSU and Ohio State. We aren't getting jumped. Period.

What does Ohio State need to show you? All good teams start the season with three or four cupcakes and have very bad in-conference opponents, so you can't hate the Buckeyes for being in the Big Ten. I can understand hating Ohio State if your reasons made any sense, but they don't.

OK maybe FSU will not get jumped . . . but if Auburn beats Alabama, FSU moves up to #1 and Ohio State moves up to #2. And with Auburn being #10 with only one loss, it can happen.

I never said I expect the Buckeyes to jump over FSU. All I am saying is it
can happen. Your username applies to college football polls too, not just NFL games.
Think about it: Nobody expected Auburn to be a top five team. How did that happen? Baylor and Oregon lost. So if Alabama loses, which can happen, Ohio State must move up.
