I know all the talk this draft is about taking the QB, but what about the running back to replace mjd? Say we keep him around and do what we did with fred taylor and just work them together, this guy is projected 2nd 3rd round area but the way running backs fall now he could possibly be around in the fourth.
If he's there would u take a flyer on him with one of the extra picks we have no from the Monroe trade? and use our 2nd and 3rd on offensive and defensive lines?
The kids set the school rushing record as a junior with games to go and has been the workhorse in arizona.
If anyone has any more info on him it'd be intersting to see, but from what i've found film wise he seems like a quick hard runner that can catch (from what the film shows) and fights for the extra yards

He good. He also just may be the first RB off the board come May. I highly doubt he'd be there in the 4th round though assuming we use 2nd and 3rd rounders as suggested in your post.
That's true but atm the talking heads seem to be ranking a few RB's a higher up on the lists and in the first 4 rounds only 5 rbs were taken last year. It will probably depend on which teams deem they need a RB as well.
LIkely the browns but i doubt they take one with a 1st or 2nd St louis just found lacy and has been dfafting rbs for like four years now,
GB has theirs denver has four. the way this draft is lining up based on our needs and other teams needs this could be a really favourable draft for us.
I missed christine michael, Didn't realize he was drafted last year.
I'd rather have Sankey personally. Carey's a damn good player, though.
I still think Todman can be something, they need to give him more carries.
Does todman just kinda seem slow to you at all though? Maybe it's just because Everyone looks a lot faster now a days but he just seems to hit that next gear really early and doesn't have anything above it.

I think it's more of the 2nd one you mentioned. He ran like a 4.4 at the combine, so he has speed. He might just not have another "gear" like alot of RBs do.
Can't really tell how our RBs are doing when there is no blocking and no threat of passing
started a thread on him a couple months ago but nobody seemed to care lol. the way hes playing hes gonna get drafted in day 2 which is too pricey for a rb imo but if none of the top rbs falls to rd 3, i would use ours on him. dude is dynamic and a complete rb.

For the record I was pushing for the Jags to take Zac Stacy hard last year.
*pats self on back*
same same, I though stacy would thrive in zbs.
Just add Trey Watts of Tulsa. Reminds me of Emmit Smith.
