You don't have a 16% chance of winning the Super Bowl. You have a 16% chance of picking a QB that leads a team to a Super Bowl victory at some point in his career. Two different things... The QB you and your fellow Bridgits are rooting for historically has a 16% chance of being good enough to win a Super Bowl.
I'm not even saying that I'd be upset if we lost. I'm saying that I won't ROOT against the Jags because the 1st pick has produced at least as many bad QBs as it has good QBs.

I take it you're a build through free agency kind of guy? Cuz it's commonly accepted that the best way to build a team is through the draft, putting faith in players who have not "played a down in the NFL". So yeah, it is pretty sound logic.

I would be happy if we traded back a few spots and took Nix. Marks has been good at the 3 tech but we need a NT and Nix is a beast. That is if Clowney and Barr is off the board
If I didn't know better, it looks like the thorns are packing in this season... Again, I'm only at the 3:11 mark of the 1st Quarter.
Our first Drive was everything I complained about last week, but only better. Instead of repeating the same plays over and over, they kept the D off balance. The 4th and goal was a Bradley play.
If the Jags continue to mix up the play calling, I would be very very comfortable with our team come next year.
