You can not say that for a fact. Most of the stories I have read have pretty much been message board fodder reported by "journalists".
I would assume most people dont know 95% of the facts of the case. For anyone to say he will or wont be charged at this point is pure speculation.
I hope FSU wins a national title, but I think its funny that FSU fans bring up Aaron Hernandez in a thread where fans are being bashed for saying Winston could be guilty. I guess whatever makes your fan base feel better.
Should be interesting to so how the votors react. All of the sudden the Gator game is turning out to be another Idaho matchup and the FSU vs Duke ACC Champtionship game won't help either. OSU make may make up some ground by playing Michigan State then it may come down to how much the voters turn against FSU amidst the Jameis allegations.
I don't think he'll be charged nor do I think he should. I think his biggest problem should be dealing with his gf Breion (Rice Basketball player) that he cheated on they day before she was flying in to visit him.

You still haven't given your assertion any credulance. She lied to investigators? When? When she was getting a rape kit done 2 hrs after the event? Or when she identified Winston out of a photo lineup the following month?

I work with some people that used to be in that field. ALL reports indicate it was consensual. The only "evidence" she has is DNA. How can the state build its case on that? 90% of alleged date rape crimes are not prosecuted for that reason.
The he said, she said arguement isnt valid. I can come here and say I have sources within the Jags and make things up too. You cant take that as truth.
Your last sentence is the kicker to me. How can so many people say he didnt do it or be 100% behind when the way you stated it the main reason he wont be prosecuted purely based on just being tough to prove. It doesnt mean he didnt do it, just that it couldnt be proven.
I'm not saying he did or didnt. In fact, I hope he didnt because in the long run its best for both him and her. This is the part that shows how hardcore fanbases are. If it was a UF player that had this alleged, FSU fans would be chirping about it and vice versa. Nobody really knows what happened that night. I just think people need to stop blindly supporting the guy when they really dont know if he did or didnt.
