Yep, will be complete by July of next year.  It'll be cool to see the finished product.

Are the pools out? I am hearing now that it will just be water features. Which I think is a better idea anyhow.

I agree a water feature would be better. On paper the pools seem kinda cool, but really how practical would they be and how much use would they get to justify the cost?
