Come on Stanford, take down the ducks!

Critical game tonight.. Go Stanford!!
Quote:Teddy in round one and Trent Murphy in round two would make me a happy man.

I think Murphy will end up going late round one, though.

This raises a couple of questions I'd like to pose to the board as hypotheticals.

1.  Suppose that somehow the Jaguars end up picking 4th overall-either through a trade down or somehow miraculously winning a few games the second half of this season.  Assume Bridgewater, Clowney and Mariota are all off the board.  Who do you take at 4?

2.  Assume the Jaguars end up picking 2nd or 4th and miss out on their preferred QB and take a DE/LEO in the first round.  Given the supposed depth of the QB crop this year, would you be willing to wait until the top of the 2nd round to pick the QB, or would you be willing to trade back up into the first round to ensure the Jaguars get that next tier passer?  If you would trade up, who would be your target?

Plenty of other threads this can be discussed in. No reason to derail a game thread with draft hypothesis.
Don't see why anyone would want Murphy as a LEO when he's not all that fast and can't bend the edge like what you'd want a premier pass-rusher to do.

9.5 sacks in 8 games probably has something to do with it.

He lives in the backfield, and he's consistently done it his entire career.  I think he could be a very good player for us.  He seems like a "Gus guy."

Have you read this thread?!?

There are so many different subtopics/tangents, including draft talk, and you single me out for derailing the thread?!?

Ignore the idiot. Somehow he thinks he's better than everyone else on here.

Iti s OK to talk about the players being watched by 50 NFL scouts as long as messages are not taken out of context.

Where is the Sooners vs. Baylor thread?

If you want to talk about that game, feel free to start your own thread. I could not even remember who Baylor's opponent tonight is.

How much is Oregon favored by?

Lol pretty much, no local implications in OU Baylor so no one on here cares I would guess.
Hogan's release is very cringe worthy.

Nice!

Bad call
I'm stuck at work, I'm glad to see Stanford up 14-0.
