Watch Carson Wentz, Carson Wentz is a similar QB in size, but he fires lasers to his receivers and masters the efficient nuances of the game, he's going to be a star and he has a rebuilding team as well.
Bortles throws 50 times a game and scores 3 TD's because he puts his team in a hole early and the 4th quarter is filled with the deep throws and this is where you need to understand your great stats you get on Borltes. Those yards become meaningless because
