I'll be rooting for UCLA and South Carolina. I want Miami ranked as high as possible when we pound the crap out of them in two weeks.
Hoping UCLA upsets Oregon and Ohio State moves up. I am sick and tired of the Buckeyes winning every week, but never getting rewarded for it in the polls.
That Baylor game is a game of interest for us. At least 3 prospects on offense i am sure Dave is watching.

You serious Clark? We're going to beat Miami worse than we did Clemson. Miami sucks.
Quote:Saturday October 26th
12:00 PM Connecticut at No. 21 UCF
3:30 PM Tennessee at No. 1 Alabama
7:00 PM No. 12 UCLA at No. 2 Oregon
7:00 PM No. 20 South Carolina at No. 5 Missouri
If only to me.
I don't understand why I should care about these stinky games...
Anyway, it'll be interesting to see how Tennessee plays vs. 'Bama. I don't think they win, but I get the feeling that they are totally buying into Butch Jones' philosophy. He's got them going all out over there in Knoxville.
UCLA-Oregon isn't as compelling to me after watching that poo-tastic UCLA-Stanford game this weekend. Hundley looked bad and I don't think it's going to get any better for him this week.
I wonder if Mizzou can keep on this roll they have going?
Also, the Penn State - Ohio State game will be interesting to watch to see how Hackenburg performs against that Buckeye Defense.

Who is Hackenburg and why do you care about him?
I hope I will be able to watch this one. That is the ultimate homefield advantage series - I never saw the home team lose.
Quote:Ohio State sucks.
Only a hater would say that. If the Buckeyes were bad, they would have lost at Northwestern.

Pretty much everyone recognizes that Ohio State sucks. They would get rolled by just about everyone in the top 10.

If that was true, Ohio State would not be in the top 10. They have been #4 all year, which is proof they do not suck.

I will give you a hint: the word starts with the letter O, and ends in verrated.

The #6 ranked team sucks?
Quote:The #6 ranked team sucks?
Yes. You will see on November 2nd.
Quote:The #6 ranked team sucks?
Well, we just saw the #6 team lose to an unranked team . . .
Of course, nobody will say that means LSU sucks because they are in the SEC.

Here, let me utilize the internet search engine known as
www.google.com to find that answer for you...
It says here that he's the Quarterback for Penn State, and that he has had a surprisingly good season for them up to this point despite him starting as a Freshman. It also goes to show that Hackenburg has a passer rating of 130+, has thrown for 11 Touchdowns, and over 1,600 yards. Using the search, I also found out that he has good size to the tune of 6' 4", 212 pounds. Now, I know what you're thinking; "Deacon! You big dummy! That's not big for an NFL QB! Why are you being a dummy?!?!" But wait! Let's focus on the fact that he is only a freshman and still has room to grow! He could get even bigger than he is now!
Reports postulate that if Hackenburg were to continue along his current trajectory, he will be an exciting college player to watch, and may even turn into an NFL player.
Man, that was harder than I thought it would be!

Why don't you consider the opponents? Has Penn State defeated a Top 15 team yet? (Ohio State beat #13 Northwestern on the road.) How about the fact that #4 OSU will be the best team on unranked PSU's remaining schedule?

Wonder of wonders, I did consider that! As I was considering it, I noticed that the only top 25 ranked team that Penn State played -- Michigan -- they defeated! Sadly though, Michigan wasn't ranked in the Top 15. That made me sad. I put aside my misery though and when I did, I noticed that, regardless of who Hackenberg was playing he played well!
Nex I thought; "Hey! Ohio State, despite their scientifically confirmed suckiness and all around distasteful treatment of all sweater-wearers, is supposed to have a good defense! I bet it would be fun to watch Hackenberg play them!" So that made me excited to watch football.
Man, I hope they beat Ohio State so bad that all of the proven losers at Ohio State are forced to wear "we are losers" signs on their shirts.
Oregon St #25. vs. Stanford#6 is another game I will be sure to watch Sat.
