Man Called 911 Over One Cent Beer Overcharge
OCTOBER 16--A Tennessee man who claimed to have been overcharged a penny on the purchase of a can of beer was arrested Monday after calling police three times to complain about the transaction.

Channel four had a thing about crazy calls to 911. I'm not sure if they were pranks or just really stupid people getting upset over stupid things. I think one was a parent calling because her son wouldn't behave iirc.
