I think the teal accents we have in the uniform are fine, to a largely black & gold uniform, but thats about it.

I dig the new teal jersey.  I hope they wear it with the black pant.

Teal is Jacksonville. It is the Jaguars identity. It rocks. Only color Jersey that I buy. Even my polos I wear are teal. Black is a nice color but not in this Florida heat.

Teal just doesn't fit as a primary color in the NFL. When the Marlins had it as a primary in baseball, it actually looked okay. It fit. But not pro football. Nope. Not as a primary color anyway...

You do not live in Jacksonville. You have no idea how hot black is with 110 degree weather.

Thats why they wear white at home in early season home games. 

 

And by wearing white, you force the opponent to wear darks, dig?

 

If they wore teal in the hot weather games, the opponent would get off the hook and get to wear white. 

Meh, I personally dislike the black numbers on a teal jersey. Maybe they'll look better to me on the field.
